02/08/2025 0606hrs, Sgt. Sholan received a business alarm at Our Village Market in New Vineyard. This was a false alarm.
02/08/2025 0705hrs, Deputy Frost received a complaint about a dog being left outside in the cold at a residence on River Road in Avon.
02/08/2025 0739hrs, Deputy Frost received a late report of an accident that occurred the night before on Stratton Road in Dallas Plt.
02/08/2025 0757hrs, Sgt. Couture and Deputy Maccione participate in a community policing event at the Mt. Blue Campus in Farmington.
02/08/2025 1438hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Salem Road in Phillips. Yvette Lisherness (74) of Freeman Twp. was driving a 2003 Chrysler van when she crossed the
02/08/2025 1518hrs, Deputy Maccione received a 911 call at an unknown location in Eustis. A follow-up found out this was an accidental crash report from the phone. The owner stated no accident occurred.
02/08/2025 1617hrs, Deputy Elmes received a complaint of lost keys at a business in Eustis Village.
02/08/2025 1725hrs, Deputy Maccione received a 911 call near the Pines Market in Eustis. This was an accidental dial by a snowmobile rider.
02/08/2025 2003hrs, Det. Richards assisted Deputy Maccione in locating a man who was having a mental health breakdown. The man was located after he had crashed his vehicle in Wilton. The man was transported to MHF hospital for a medical and psychological evaluation.
02/08/2025 2108hrs, Deputy Elmes responded to the Poland Springs plant regarding a parking lot accident in the tractor trailer lot.
02/09/2025 0757hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on route 27 in Wyman Twp. Davis Rock Jones (21) of Eustis was driving a 2013 Toyota Prius when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled it over. As a result of the investigation, Jones was charged with Failing to Give Motor Vehicle Accident Information.
02/09/2025 0929hrs, Sgt. Close investigated a report of an accident on Mt. Blue Pond Road in Avon. Jerry Phillips (67) of Avon was driving a 1991 GMC 7500 plow truck when he accidentally backed into a parked 2019 Chevy Malibu.
02/09/2025 1027hrs, Sgt. Close received a trespassing complaint on Pleasant Street in Phillips.
02/09/2025 1159hrs, Sgt. Close responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Farmington Road in Strong. Boitumelo Radebe (24) of Cumberland was driving a 2018 Nissan Rogue southbound when she lost control and ran off the road, rolling the vehicle over. The operator was transported by Northstar to MHF hospital.
02/09/2025 1343hrs, Deputy Frost received a 911 call at a residence on Clubhouse Drive in Sandy River Plt. This was an accidental dial.
02/09/2025 1818hrs, Deputy Maccione arrested Andre Bernier (39) of Chesterville on a Warrant after Mr. Bernier turned himself in at the jail.
02/09/2024 1922hrs, Deputy Maccione received a 911 call at a residence on the Vienna Road in Chesterville. This was an accidental dial.
02/09/2025 2017hrs, Deputy Maccione investigated a complaint of threatening at a residence on Mountain View Drive in Strong.
02/09/2025 2255hrs, Deputy Maccione received a complaint of a tractor trailer being driven to fast and erratically on both the Farmington Falls Road and Mile Hill Road. He was unable to intercept the truck.
02/10/2025 0414hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a car vs. deer accident on the Industry Road in New Sharon. Jason Haberstick (52) of Industry was driving a 2023 Ford sedan when the collision occurred. No reportable damage.
02/10/2025 0728hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident on Middle Street in Farmington. Thomas Holbrook (59) of Farmington was operating a plow/sand truck owned by Vinings Inc. and was attempting to drive onto Middle Street when he pulled out in front of an oncoming 2019 Ford Explorer being driven by Melisa Foss (38) of Chesterville. No injuries were reported.
02/10/2025 0743hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a report of a car vs. deer accident on route 27 in Wyman Twp. William Donovan (75) of Eustis was driving a 2020 Ford Explorer when the collision occurred.
02/10/2025 0914hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a residence on Kimball Pond Road in New Sharon regarding a report of a suicidal person. Investigation revealed the person was not suicidal but had taken too many prescription medications.
02/10/2025 111hrs, Deputy Frost received a parking complaint on Carthage Road in Carthage.
02/10/2025 1206hrs, Deputy Frost investigated and alleged violation of a PFA at a residence on Carthage Road in Carthage. It was determined that no violation occurred.
02/10/2025 1510hrs, Deputy Brann responded to a report of a tractor trailer accident on the new Bridge in Farmington Falls. Liam Flagg (18) of Turner was operating a 2004 Tractor trailer driving from Chesterville toward Farmington Falls approaching the new bridge. While he was negotiating the left turn, he rolled the vehicle over onto its passenger side which landed on the new bridge damaging the concreate guardrails. Flagg was charged with Operating with a Suspended Registration. DOT was notified of the accident; Dutch Gap Auto removed the truck. State Police followed up with a vehicle inspection.

02/11/2025 0719hrs, Deputy Wacome responded to a residential alarm on Overlook Drive in Sandy River Plt. This was a false alarm.
02/11/2025 0211hrs, Deputy Maccione responded to a residence on Norton Hill Road in Strong where it was reported that a person there was in a drug induced mental health crisis. The person was taken into custody and transported to MHF hospital in Farmington to be treated.
02/11/2025 1204hrs, Deputy Frost investigated a complaint of online harassment via social media at a residence on Clearwater Road in New Sharon.
02/11/2025 1231hrs, Deputy Wacome received a complaint about a tractor trailer being operated in an erratic manner on route 27 in New Vineyard.
02/11/2025 1732hrs, Deputy Maccione investigated a report of suspicious activity on the Taylor Road in New Sharon.
02/11/2025 2251hrs, Deputy Maccione responded to a report of an attempted break in at a residence on West Mills Road in Industry. Upon arrival it was determined that there was no evidence of anyone being there.
02/12/2025 0724hrs, Deputy Morgan conducted a follow up to an investigation into a hit and run accident that occurred at the White Elephant in Strong. As a result, Joshua Williams (28) of Phillips was charged with Leaving the Scene of an accident.
02/12/2025 0744hrs, Deputy Wacome investigated a complaint of a domestic disturbance which was reported to have occurred at a residence on Coyote Lane in Carthage. As a result of the investigation a Warrant for Domestic Violence Assault and Violation of Conditions of Arrest was obtained for Kirk Richards (34) of Jay.
02/12/2025 1034hrs, Deputy Morgan received a complaint of a potential sex crime involving juveniles at a residence in Phillips.
02/12/2025 1155hrs, Deputy Morgan investigated an attempted online scam attempt at a residence on Sugar Hill drive in Chesterville.
02/12/2025 1326hrs, Deputy Morgan received a 911 call at a residence on Ferry Landing Road in Eustis. This was an accidental dial.
02/12/2025 1711hrs, Deputy Gray responded to a report of a car vs. deer accident on Phillips Road in Weld. Christopher Bachelder (55) of Avon was driving a Ford F-150 pickup when the collision occurred.
02/12/2025 1911hrs, Deputy Brann responded to a report of a disturbance on Pleasant Street in Phillips. This involved a dementia patient, no further action required.
02/13/2025 0327hrs, Deputy Morgan responded to a car vs. deer accident on Salem Road in Phillips. Michael Baker (34) of Avon was driving a 2009 Subaru when the collision occurred.
02/13/2025 1147hrs, Deputy Morgan investigated a report of a car off the road by the credit union on Main Street in Kingfield. Upon arrival the vehicle had already been pulled out, no damage was reported.
02/13/2025 1338hrs, Deputy Morgan received a 911 call on Depot Street in Kingfield. This was a juvenile who had decided to ask questions using the emergency line.

02/13/2025 2150hrs, Sgt. Clement arrested Kirk Richards (33) of Jay on a Warrant after Mr. Richards turned himself in at the jail.

02/14/2025 0724hrs, Deputy Morgan responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Old Sand Hill Road in Phillips. Morgan Whitefield (26) of Clinton was driving a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee northbound and failed to negotiate a corner crossing the centerline then into a group of trees. Whitefield was charged with failing to Report an Accident by Quickest means.
02/14/2025 0949hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a residence on True Hill Road in Strong where the complainant here was hallucinating and had barricaded their door. This is an ongoing situation.

02/14/2025 1057hrs, Deputy Frost received a request for a welfare check to be conducted at a residence on Sand Pond Road in Chesterville. The person to be checked on was located and found to be okay.
02/14/2025 1602hrs, Deputy Maccione investigated a complaint regarding the possession of a dog at a residence on Foster Hill Road in Freeman Twp. This turned out to be a civil issue.
02/14/2025 1604hrs, Deputy Maccione responded to what turned out to be a car slide off on Lake Street in New Vineyard. No damage was reported.
02/14/2025 1651hrs, Deputy Elmes responded to a report of a car off the Rumford Road in Rangeley Plt. No damage was reported, Koob’s garage removed the vehicle.
