03/01/2025 0458hrs, Deputy Morgan responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on route 27 in New Vineyard. Oaklon Homenick (21) of New Vineyard was driving a 2010 Scion lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road.
03/01/2025 0800hrs, Deputy Morgan conducted security while a person moved out of a residence on Eagle Ln in Sandy River Plt.
03/01/2025 0914hrs, Sgt. Close received an alleged harassment complaint at a residence on Vienna Road in Chesterville. No complaint.
03/01/2025 1136hrs, Deputy Wacome investigated a single vehicle rollover accident on Carthage Road in Carthage. Nichole Berry (33) of Carthage was driving a 2008 GMC west bound when she lost control, crossing the centerline crashing through a guardrail rolling over landing on its roof. No injuries were reported.
03/01/2025 1259hrs, Deputy Wacome responded to a disturbance call at a residence on New Sharon Road in Industry. This turned out to be a landlord/tenant dispute.
03/01/2025 1300hrs, Sgt. Close responded to a medical emergency in a vehicle which was stopped on Fairbanks Road in Farmington. EMS responded to the scene and transported the person.
03/01/2025 1605hrs, Deputy Wacome participated in the school send off for the Mt. Abrams High School Basketball team to the state finals.
03/01/2025 1613hrs, Deputy Gray responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Weld Road in Phillips. John Cipolla (68) of Inverness Il was driving a 2024 Toyota Tacoma when he lost control and ran off the road.
03/01/2025 1718hrs, Deputy Gray responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on route 4 in Sandy River Plt. Evan Proulx (23) of North Kingstown RI was driving a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he lost control and ran off the road.
03/01/2025 2102hrs, Deputy Brann received a complaint of a missing runaway black lab from a residence on Foster Hill Road in Freeman Twp.
03/01/2025 2119hrs, Deputy Brann received a request for a welfare check at a residence on Industry Road in Industry. The person to be checked on was located and found to be okay.
03/02/2025 0850hrs, Deputy Morgan received a complaint of disabled vehicle on route 4 in Sandy River Plt. This turned out to be a vehicle that had driven off the road and was stuck in the snow.
03/02/2025 0915hrs, Deputy Morgan responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Arnold Trail in Eustis. Brian Wakem (21) of Limington was driving a 2017 Toyota Tacoma southbound when he lost control, crossing the center line into the opposite side of the road rolling the vehicle over. No injuries were reported. Mountainside Service removed the vehicle.
03/02/2025 0937hrs, Deputy Zenteno received what turned out to be a civil issue regarding the property of a person who had passed away at a residence on West Mills Road in Industry.
03/02/2025 1313hrs, Deputy Morgan received a complaint about a vehicle blocking Bald Mountain Road in Rangeley Plt. impeding the ability of the snowplow driver to do their job. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.
03/02/2025 2035hrs, Deputy Elmes responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on the S-turns in Sandy River Plt. Andre Romero (29) of Avon was driving a 2008 Toyota Tundra when he lost control and rolled the vehicle over spilling firewood on the road. Rangeley Fire responded to the scene to assist with traffic control.
03/03/2025 1043hrs, 0930hrs, Deputy Morgan assisted Border Patrol with an investigation in the Eustis area.
03/03/2025 0517hrs, Deputy Morgan responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Park Street in Phillips. This turned out to be unfounded, the complainant was hallucinating about the incident.
03/03/2025 0948hrs, Deputy Frost conducted a warrant check at a residence on Beans Corner Road in New Sharon. As a result of the check Richard Eldridge (51) of New Sharon was arrested on a Warrant and transported to jail.
03/03/2025 1100hrs, Sgt. Sholan received what turned out to be a civil issue regarding personal possessions of the complainant at a residence on South Main Street in Strong.
03/03/2025 1345hrs, Deputy Frost received a complaint of a truck kicking a rock into the windshield of 2020 Ford Explorer being driven by Jazmen Fish (21) of Kingfield who had been following the truck on Mile Hill Road in New Sharon.
03/03/2025 1355hrs, Deputy Frost received a child custody dispute at a residence on North Main Street in Strong.
03/03/2025 1705hrs, Deputy Elmes received a request for a welfare check on a person who was reported to be suicidal at a residence on Prairie Road in Salem Twp. The person was transported to Maine Health Franklin Hospital in Farmington to be evaluated.
03/03/2025 1857hrs, Sgt. Couture and K-9 Rahka responded to a request for a K-9 at a residence on Chickadee Ave. in Jay at the request of Jay Police.
03/03/2025 2250hrs, Deputy Maccione conducted a traffic stop on Farmington Falls Road in Farmington. As a result of the stop Juan Agramonte (31) of Farmington was arrested for OAS and VCR and transported to jail.
03/04/2025 0808hrs, Deputy Wacome responded to a car vs. deer accident on Nichols Road in Dallas Plt. Kristopher Thompson (48) of Rangeley was driving a 2022 Toyota 4 Runner when the collision occurred.
03/04/2025 0848hrs, Deputy Maccione responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Norton Hill Road in Strong.
03/04/2025 0951hrs, Deputy Maccione and several other deputies responded to a residence on South Main Street in Strong regarding a report of a suicidal man. Upon arrival it was determined that the man was not suicidal and had not committed a crime. Deputies left the scene.
03/04/2025 1256hrs, Deputy Frost responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on route 27 in New Vineyard. Keith Smith (63) of Litchfield was driving a 2020 Roam Van southbound when he veered of the road to the right into a tree.
03/04/2025 1413hrs, Lt. Rackliffe responded to a request for a K-9 on Oakes Street in Farmington.
03/04/2025 1525hrs, Deputy Elmes responded to a single vehicle accident on Stratton Road in Dallas Plt. Mark Lathrop (64) of Dallas Plt. was driving a 2010 Subaru when he lost control and ran off the road into a snowbank. Koob Garage responded to the scene.
03/04/2025 1820hrs, Sgt. Clement responded to the jail to arrest Todd Welch (44 ) of New Sharon on a Warrant who had turned himself in.
03/05/2025 0457hrs, Deputy Wacome responded to a residence on Marquis Drive in Chesterville where the complainant called in to report there was a stranger in the house. As it turned out that was not the case, and that the caller may have been hallucinating.
03/05/2025 1011hrs, Deputy Wacome participated in a book reading event at Cape Cod Hill School in New Sharon.
03/05/2025 1057hrs, Deputy Frost conducted a traffic stop on Cascade Leisure Park Road. As a result of the stop Michael Storer (45) of Farmington was arrested on a Probation Hold and taken to jail.
03/05/2025 1113hrs, Deputy Wacome received a gas drive off complaint from the Corner Store in Chesterville.
03/05/2025 1210hrs, Deputy Zenteno investigated a harassment complaint at a residence on West Kingfield Road in Kingfield.
03/05/2025 1326hrs, Deputy Wacome investigated what turned out to be a civil issue at a residence on West Mills Road in Industry.
03/05/2025 1518hrs, Deputy Maccione conducted a traffic stop on Farmington Falls Road in Farmington. As a result of the stop, Herber Bercian (33) of Norcross GA was charged with Operating Without a License.
03/05/2025 1733hrs, Deputy Maccione assisted Child Protective Services with an investigation at a residence on River Road in Avon.
03/05/2025 1825hrs, Deputy Brann responded to a report of a two-vehicle head on accident on Border Roack Farm Lane in Industry. Shane Dudash (34) of Farmington was traveling west bound on the Industry Road in Industry when he lost control of his vehicle on a corner, slid off the road to the right and struck a parked 2024 Subaru owned by Robert Rose (50) of New Sharon which was legally parked in a driveway.
03/05/2025 2203hrs, Sgt. Couture responded to a request for a K-9 at a traffic stop on Fairbank Road in Farmington.
03/05/2025 2228hrs, Sgt. Couture received a residential alarm on School Street in Weld. This was a false alarm.
03/06/2025 0733hrs, Deputy Wacome responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Crystal Vale Road in New Sharon. There was not enough damage to file a report, Farmington Towing removed the vehicle.
03/06/2025 0902hrs, Det. Davol conducted a school visit at Cape Cod Hill School in New Sharon.
03/06/2025 0930hrs, Deputy Wacome received a complaint of a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner on the Mercer Road in New Sharon. He was unable to locate the vehicle.
03/06/2025 1225hrs, Deputy Frost received two complaints of a disabled vehicle on Bradbury Road in Industry.
03/06/2025 1323hrs, Det. Davol conducted a school visit at Phillips Elementary School in Phillips.
03/06/2025 1614hrs, Deputy Brann investigated a report of a possible violation of a protection order at a residence on Starks Road in New Sharon. No violation was identified.
03/06/2025 1650hrs, Deputy Maccione responded to a car vs. deer accident on route 27 in New Vineyard. David Piche (49) of Hollis Center was driving a 2020 GMC SUV when the collision occurred.
03/06/2025 1815hrs, Deputy Gray and Deputy Maccione responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Dustin Road in Avon. A juvenile assaulted both of his parents, the juvenile was charged with assault transported to MHF to be evaluated. DHHS was notified of the investigation. The juvenile was charged with Assault class D
03/06/2025 1948hrs, Deputy Brann received a 911 call at a residence on Swan Road in New Sharon. This was an accidental dial.
03/06/2025 2020hrs, Deputy Brann and Deputy Maccione responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Ridge Road in Chesterville. No charges were filed as a result of the investigation, however both participants were given disorderly conduct warnings.
03/07/2025 0845hrs, Deputy Zenteno responded to a complaint of debris in the road on Arnold Trail in Chain of Ponds Twp.
03/07/2025 0851hrs, Deputy Morgan participated in a “reading to kids’ program at Cape Cod Hill School in New Sharon.
03/07/2025 0944hrs, Deputy Morgan investigated a possible violation of a protection order at a residence on Starks Road in New Sharon. As a result of the investigation, Christopher Gauthier (38) of Farmington was arrested for Violation of Protective Order and transported to jail.
03/07/2025 1048hrs, Deputy Zenteno conducted a school visit at the Stratton Elementary School.
03/07/2025 1059hrs, Deputy Wacome received a welfare check request from the school district regarding a juvenile who has not been showing up for school who lives on Zions Hill Road in Chesterville. The juvenile was located and found to be okay. A conversation was held regarding the need to attend school.
03/07/2025 1108hrs, Deputy Zenteno received a welfare check request at a residence on Main Street in Kingfield where it was reported that a person had recently passed away and that pets may have been left unattended. The person who has been attending to the pets called in to report same.
03/07/2025 1112hrs, Deputy Wacome responded to a car vs. dog accident on Rangeley Road in Phillips where the dog ran out into the road in front of a car and was killed. No damage was done to the car. The ACO was notified.
03/07/2025 1121hrs, Deputy Wacome received a complaint about a vehicle blocking the road that was stuck in a ditch on West Shore Road in Industry. The vehicle was removed by locals.
03/07/2025 1700hrs, Deputy Brann served a PFA on a person who lives in Temple.
03/07/2025 1703hrs, Deputy Gray investigated a suspicious package complaint at a residence on Rangeley Road in Madrid.
03/07/2025 2158hrs, Deputy Brann received what turned out to be a landlord/tenant dispute on Church Street in Industry.
Deputies conducted 4 elder checks, 21 building checks and responded to 7 false 911 calls and 1 false alarm.
